Product
You can
retail product many different ways. Through traditional means
with business cards, newpaper ads, magazine ads, TV, radio,
flyers, brochures, etc. You may also participate in the Home
Agent Program (HAP) and let the company do all the heavy lifting
and you just take the live calls from home. You may also use
the Internet to drive customers to purchase product right from
your website. We have a Team Marketing System (TMS) in place
that you may use, just like the HAP, if you choose. (we will
cover the HAP and TMS in more detail later in the tour.)
However
you decide to move product, you get paid 35-50% of each sale
or order that comes into the company from you or your website.
So, if you have a product like Flex Protex™ that retails
for $50 you make $25 for each order. Our Naked Minerals Supreme
collection is a $450 individual value, the whole kit sells for
$180 and you make $90 for each one you sell, however you sell
it.
This is
full retail which can add up and be great but let's take it
a step further and offer these customers a discount. On the
Flex Protex™ product, let's offer the customer our Order
Assurance Program (OAP) which allows them to save $10 per bottle
and it is shipped to them every month automatically through
their credit card or debit card. This is a great convenience
for the customer and it is great for you since you make a profit
every month they continue to order that product. With Flex Protex,
your profit is $15 at the OAP Discount. This means when you
develop just 100 customers on an OAP giving you a $15 commission,
you have created $1,500 in monthly income.
These customers
that have purchased from you are now your customers for life.
You have access to all of their contact information in your
Business Management Center (BMC) and may market to them through
email, direct mail, postcards, a phone call or any way you want
to share other new and exciting products with them. With good
customer follow-up, we see a lot of additional purchases being
made which means more money in your pocket each and every month.
Our Retail
Sales Commissions are paid weekly. The cut-off is Sunday at
12 midnight and those checks are sent out the following Friday.
If you use the companies direct deposit you recieve your deposit
on that Friday.
Total
Living Members
A Total
Living Membership (TLM) allows customers to purchase at wholesale
prices for an annual membership fee of $99. This would be similar
to joining a Costco or Sam's Wholesale Membership to buy at
a lower cost in bulk. You can offer this program to anyone and
each time you enroll someone in our TLM Program you make $25
on the enrollment fee and $25 each time they renew in the program.
A TLM Member
is offered the wholesale price, which is what IBO's pay for
product. Flex Protex™ retails for $50 and wholesale is
$25. Since you make the difference between wholesale and retail
and a TLM pays the same as you, then there is no margin and
the company still pays a commission on TLM purchases. When TLM
purchases Flex Protex at $25, wholesale cost or volume, you
make 35% of half the volume. The volume here is $25, half would
be $15 and 35% of $15 is $5.25.
10 TLM customers
buying 1 item each month @ $5.25 would be $52.50 in monthly
income. Take that to 100 TLM customers with the same numbers
and you have $525 in monthly income.
The TLM
is a great program for customers who buy alot of different products
from you every month or you can offer it to your friends and
family or you can offer it to any of your customers. It's totally
your choice.
Building
a Team
Building
a Team will allow you to experience true leverage in fine working
order. Each time you sponsor a partner into the business at
the Premier IBO Level you make $100 Fast Start Bonus on the
product movement. Let's say you sponsor 2 partners a month into
the business; that would give you $200 for that month. If you
average 2 partners per week, that would give you $800 for
that month.
Fast Start
Bonuses are paid out weekly. The cut-off

IBOs can add a 5th IBO on their first level when levels 1,
2 and 3 are full.
• Achieved status always remains, but IBOs will be paid
commissions according to Active Status.
(Active Status means meeting the monthly $100 PV qualifications
and the $29.95 per month MAP)
Any Representative
failing to produce Personal Volume ("PV") in the
ITV Marketing and Compensation Plan for two (2) consecutive
calendar months will be automatically terminated. Any representative
that does not produce the required $100 (one hundred dollars)
Personal Volume worth of products for one month will be required
to purchase or sell $200 (two hundred dollars) worth of products
the following month or will be automatically terminated. Also,
any Representative that fails to participate in the MAP (Monthly
Action Program), which is the ongoing education and training
system for ITV Ventures, for two consecutive months will be
automatically terminated.

Roll up Policy
a)
When a position becomes empty, the frontline IBO with the
highest status will roll into that position with other frontline
IBOs becoming frontline to that IBO
b) When status is equal, the IBO with the
largest number of personally sponsored active IBOs will roll
up
c) When still equal, the IBO with the largest
group volume will roll up

Personal Volume (PV) is made up of volume from product purchased
personally by the IBO, as well as, by their Customers and Total
Living Members
• Group Volume (GV) is made up of the sum of all PV or
wholesale volume of all the IBOs in your downline, including
an IBO’s own PV.
• “Group Volume (GV) within your Power Matrix”
is made up of the sum of all PV or wholesale volume of all the
IBOs in your Power Matrix (levels 1 through 7) including an
IBO’s own PV.
• PV created from Customers or TLMs can satisfy the $100
monthly PV requirement
• IBOs will be shipped a pre-assembled product pack that
will ship automatically to satisfy monthly PV qualification
(or an IBO can customize their OAP product). The pre-assembled
pack or customized product order is only shipped if in any given
month the PV requirement is not met through personal, Customer
or TLM purchases.
• IBOs are automatically enrolled in the Monthly Action
Program (MAP) at $29.95 per month for required training

Number of personally sponsored IBOs may occur over a series
of months, but the number that are commission qualified applies
to month of rank achievement. Rank achievement is retroactive
to 1st of month.

Qualifications
An IBO that
has achieved Platinum status or higher is eligible to begin
building Coded Organizations, also called Coding or Coded Groups Coding Organization Bonuses of 1% to 5%. These bonuses are
paid to Active and Commission Qualified Platinum IBOs and higher
on their Coded Organizations only.
Coded
Organizations
Every IBO
is encoded in four separate coding groups upon signing up. Each
IBO is assigned to the same four coding groups as their sponsor,
unless the sponsor has started their own coding group, in which
case, the new IBO would be coded to their sponsor’s coding
group. One important concept to understand with Coding is that
it follows line of sponsorship and has nothing to do with the
Matrix.
The four
separate coding groups are:
•
Platinum Coding Group
• One Star Platinum Coding Group
• Two Star Platinum Coding Group
• Three Star Platinum Coding Group
Every IBO
is coded to one IBO in each of the four Coding Groups. An IBO
can be coded to the same
IBO in more than one Coding Group.
When an
IBO achieves the rank of Platinum, beginning with their next
personally sponsored IBO, all new personally sponsored IBOs
get coded to them in the Platinum Coding Group. When these coded
personally sponsored IBOs sponsor their own IBOs, they will
also be coded to the same Platinum IBO in the Platinum Coding
Group.
The IBO’s
Platinum Coding Group will continue to be built in this fashion
until another IBO in the Platinum Coding Group reaches the rank
of Platinum. At this point, the first Platinum IBO’s Platinum
Coding Group will stop on this particular line of sponsorship,
and the newly qualified Platinum IBO will begin their Platinum
Coding Group with their next personally sponsored IBO.
This same
procedure is followed for each of the four Coding Groups.
When an
IBO reaches a new rank, Platinum or above, their very next personally
sponsored IBO begins their Coding Group at that rank.
IBOs with
Coded Groups must qualify for each of their Coded Groups each
month in order to be paid the associated bonuses. For example,
an IBO that has a Two Star Platinum Coded Group will only be
paid on their Two Star Platinum Coded Group if they themselves
qualify as a Two Star Platinum IBO for the payout month.
Coding
Organization Bonus
Coding Organization
Bonuses are paid monthly. Qualified IBOs are paid a percentage
of the PV of each and every IBO coded to them in each of their
Coding Groups as follows:
•
Platinum Coding Group — 1%
• One Star Platinum Coding Group — 2%
• Two Star Platinum Coding Group — 3%
• Three Star Platinum Coding Group — 5%
Car
Bonus
This bonus
is paid to IBOs who are Active and Commission Qualified, One
Star Platinum or higher, in the ITV Ventures™ Compensation
Plan. The IBO must submit the ownership documentation to the
company in order to be paid. The IBO must be qualified as One
Star Platinum or higher in the payout month to qualify. This
bonus is paid out monthly and the amounts vary depending on
the Platinum rank as follows:
•
One Star Platinum — $500.00
• Two Star Platinum — $750.00
• Three Star Platinum — $1,000.00
